I'm American/Dutch. Living for the last 8 yrs. in Leeuwarden. I understand most Dutch and speak enough to get by. I have no kids, never married. I enjoy movies, most music except for hip hop and Dutch Oom bah bah music, I don't know what else to call it.

I'm open minded but have strong opinions. My politics are independent or in the middle. I have not got a grasp of the Dutch political system yet. I'm not conservative but also not liberal.

I love animals but am allergic to most of them. I don't like crowds or small places. En beetje claustrophobische ben ik. I don't smoke "cigarettes" only crack. Just kidding. I do enjoy cocktails. Wine and sometimes beer.

I'm fairly active. I am now working a physical job, so I have no need for a health club. Otherwise, I try to keep in shape. I like to travel when I can afford it. I am now in Palm Springs, California for my vacation. I have family here, in Chicago and in The Netherlands.
